    Return and Refund Policy

    Return & Refund Policy


    Please read through and understand our return, exchange and refund policy before any purchase. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this.

     

    Return Policy 

    Please be notice that returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. 

    The returned products to be eligible with the (i) receipt or sales of invoice and (ii) the products should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.

    Once we have checked and confirm the products. Customer may check out our return address as below that our company provide. Return postage costs is to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange if deemed unfit or unreasonable.

     

    Refund Policy 

    Kindly be notice that a refund will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock. Besides, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. You will received the refund within 21 working days after the confirmation.

    Note: If you do not receive your refund after 21 working days, don't be panic. Firstly, you may contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time on your refund. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, kindly contact us via email: theguitarhouse@gmail.com or by Whatapps 010-2008892.

     

    Exchange Policy 

    If the item is out-of-stock, you can choose to exchange for any other available item, or receive a refund on the purchase (if refund is met with refund policy above). For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.
